Residential Services Manager – SRS Facility

SRS in Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne - approximately 20 km from CBD looking for a Residential / Facility Manager

Part Time/ Full Time

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers to provide an exemplary level of care and service to our residents,

  • Maintain occupancy levels.

  • Implement relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain SRS  standards,

  • Foster and develop effective relationships with residents, their families, staff and volunteers the client goals of care.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Registration with AHPRA as an RN or a senior experienced PCA

  • Strong people & clinical management skills

  • Exposure to the SRS standards

  • Ability to work in close harmony with the management team

  • Flexible with shift pattern and occasionally willing to work over the weekends


Selection Criteria.
Essential: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Essential: SRS or Aged Care or Health Care experience
Essential: Management experience
Essential: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
